56.George Romero, father of the modern Zombie movie, talks about Diary of the Dead, inspiration and living outside of the Hollywood system in this interview with the A.V. Club. If you have ever wondered what drives a guy who devotes his life to using undead, flesh eating man-beasts as his muse, this will definitely give you your fix.

I really like this interview all the more because you get to learn more about his lessor known (but still fantastic) films like Knightrider and Martin.
