“Sam Has 7 Friends” is an 80 episode web series created and produced by Big Fantastic. It was funded solely by Big Fantastic with their own personal cash and originally launched on August 28th, 2006. The series aired every weekday from August 28th, 2006 to December 15th, 2006.
In 2007 Michael Eisner’s studio, Vuguru, acquired the property. It was pulled down from the internet and is now being re-released.
The story is about Samantha Breslow, an aspiring actress living in Los Angeles. Sam has seven friends and on December 15th 2006 one of them killed her.
