Jeff Jarvis, who we heard from earlier, talks about the future of media and what brands need to do in order to move into the future. The rules above are what he calls the “Google Rules” and they act as a framework for this lecture. It’s (relatively) short, punchy and while not directly related to the newspaper industry, it does give a great deal of insight that most media professionals should have.
